These Community Guidelines establish the expectations and standards of conduct for all users to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. These guidelines form part of our broader policy framework, which includes our Terms of Service, Blocked Content Policy, and Content Removal Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings assigned in our Terms of Service.
1. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use Pleasur.ai. Detailed age verification measures and policies are described in our Underage Policy.
2. Respectful Communication
Pleasur.ai enables interactions with AI Companions for entertainment purposes. While AI Companions are fictional entities, the standards you maintain during interactions reflect on the community as a whole. All users agree to:
- Communicate respectfully and avoid inappropriate or abusive interactions
- Refrain from generating or sharing Prohibited Content as defined in our Blocked Content Policy
- Treat fellow community members with dignity and respect in all shared spaces (gallery, comments, profiles)
3. Content Responsibility
You bear full responsibility for all content you input and all outputs you receive ("Content"), including all requests, exchanges, and generated media. Your Content must comply with the following standards:
- Must not be insulting, threatening, or hateful toward identifiable individuals
- Must not depict, describe, or involve minors in any context
- Must not depict identifiable real people without their consent
- Must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Must be appropriately labeled and categorized when shared publicly
4. Moderation and Monitoring
Pleasur.ai implements trust and safety controls to maintain community standards. This includes:
- Automated AI-based moderation of inputs and outputs
- Review of flagged conversations and content by our trust and safety team
- Quality assurance monitoring to ensure platform safety
- Community-powered reporting tools on all content and profiles
Users whose content or behavior is found to violate these guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Pleasur.ai:
- Violating any applicable law or causing harm to individuals, especially minors
- Testing system vulnerabilities, bypassing security measures, or attempting to circumvent content moderation
- Removing AI-generation metadata or attribution from content
- Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts
- Creating deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
- Creating, distributing, or attempting to access content involving child exploitation
- Advocating for or promoting terrorism, extremism, or extreme violence
- Attempting to "jailbreak" or manipulate AI systems to bypass moderation and safety systems
- Impersonating other users, celebrities, public figures, or Pleasur.ai staff
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
- Harassing, threatening, bullying, doxxing, or abusing other users
- Operating multiple accounts or sharing account credentials
- Using the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or unauthorized promotion
6. Gallery and Shared Content
When sharing content publicly through the gallery or other community features:
- Ensure all shared content complies with these guidelines and our Blocked Content Policy
- Use appropriate tags and descriptions for your content
- Respect the creative work of other users — do not claim others' work as your own
- Report content that you believe violates our policies using the in-app reporting tools
7. Account Integrity
- Use only one account per person
- Keep your account credentials secure and private
- Do not transfer, sell, or share your account with others
- Provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile updated
8. AI Interaction Guidelines
- Understand that AI Companions are fictional entities without genuine emotions, consciousness, or real-world capabilities
- Do not rely on AI Companions for emotional support, medical advice, financial guidance, or any professional service
- Do not attempt to manipulate AI systems to generate prohibited content or bypass safety measures
- Report any AI behavior that seems unsafe, inappropriate, or that produces content violating our policies
9. Enforcement
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in the following enforcement actions, applied proportionally to the severity and frequency of violations:
- Warning: A formal notice for minor or first-time violations
- Content removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Temporary suspension: Account access restricted for a defined period
- Permanent termination: Irreversible account closure for severe or repeated violations
- Legal reporting: Reporting to law enforcement for violations involving illegal activity, particularly those involving minors
We review all reports and apply enforcement actions in accordance with the principle of proportionality. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported user.
