Pleasur.ai respects intellectual property rights and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting copyright infringement and filing counter-notifications.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or reproduced on Pleasur.ai without authorization and in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with sufficient detail to enable us to locate the material on our platform (e.g., URL or description)
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
2. Designated Agent
All DMCA takedown notices should be submitted to our designated agent at: dmca@pleasur.ai
Notices that do not comply with the requirements of the DMCA may not receive a response. We may share your notice with the alleged infringer and with third-party services such as the Lumen database.
3. Response Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Pleasur.ai will:
- Review the notice for compliance with DMCA requirements
- Take preliminary action within 1-3 business days, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the accused party of the takedown notice and provide them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notification
- Maintain records of all notices received and actions taken
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Pleasur.ai may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Pleasur.ai maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against a user's account will result in permanent account termination without refund.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We encourage you to consult with a legal professional before submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
