3. Content Moderation and Removal
Pleasur.ai employs proprietary AI-based moderation controls designed to detect and prevent content that may involve or depict minors. Our moderation systems operate at multiple levels:

4. Prohibited Content Reporting
Pleasur.ai maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any attempt to generate, distribute, or access CSAM through our Services constitutes a serious violation of law and our policies.
Known or suspected CSAM will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, or to the relevant local law enforcement authorities in other jurisdictions. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation.
5. Reporting Suspected Underage Users
If you believe that a minor is using Pleasur.ai, or if you encounter any content or behavior that suggests the involvement of a minor, please report it immediately to safety@pleasur.ai. All reports are treated with the highest priority and investigated promptly.
6. Parental Guidance
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and implement appropriate parental controls to prevent unauthorized access to age-restricted services. We recommend using content filtering software and having open conversations with minors about online safety.
7. Termination
Pleasur.ai reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account suspected of being operated by a minor or of being used to generate content involving minors. Account termination in such cases is permanent, and no refunds will be issued. All associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, except where retention is required for legal or law enforcement purposes.
